If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Leadthegoodlife.com, you may return unused goods, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is despatched, and up to 7 working days after delivery.

Please e-mail us or write to us up to 7 working days after delivery and we will refund your money, including the original postage charges, within 30 days.

When informing us of you wish to cancel, please give a brief explanation of why, to help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Faulty goods

If on receipt of your order there is a problem with any item, please contact us within 7 working days to discuss the matter further.

Our plants are supplied with an unconditional guarantee for the first 30 days should they fail to thrive. However plug plants, bedding plants, bulbs and seeds are exempt from this guarantee.

If goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will supply a replacement or provide a refund.

This Returns & Refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
